Incorporation

We will postpone incorporation until we have a pharmaceutical partner. Then here is our path. Our goal will be to validate our software with our partner on a large scale, and if it is successful, then we can replicate it.

Then we will come up with a list of milestones with the company we work with and deadlines to meet them with. Our goal will be to follow the lean start up method — build, measure, learn. We will have to have some metrics for measuring the success of our software. For this, we will follow the Lean 6 Sigma method.

I’m thinking we will be forming a Delaware C corporation since this has the most protection. Here are the forms we will need. We will also need a start up lawyer.
